When Debbie was in elementary school, I used to go to sleep to the sound of an old-fashioned Smith-Corona electric typewriter. Her mother had gone back to school to get a bachelor’s degree. She took away two significant life lessons: the importance of education throughout one’s life and the power of pursuing one’s passions.
Throughout her career, she carried these lessons and took on roles that required her to both learn new skills and apply existing skills to new situations and challenges.
Debbie brings a wealth of experience working across disciplines, functions, and diverse populations, leading teams to look at challenges from all angles and arrive at executable solutions. With a passion for empowering teams and fostering positive organizational cultures, Debbie has a proven track record of delivering impactful facilitation and training solutions.
In the constant pursuit of helping others do their jobs better, Debbie harnesses the already resident experience, knowledge, and energy of an organization. Background
Debbie holds an MBA in Marketing from Farleigh Dickinson University and a BA from Cornell University. She held a variety of roles at Pfizer in Marketing before experiencing a crisis of purpose and shifting focus to Learning and Development, a discipline more aligned with her personal values and mission. She is an avid yoga and mindfulness practitioner, life-long skier and am actively involved in several nonprofit organizations that help her stay focused on the things that she is passionate about.
